About Moose (Cat Tolerant)
“The name’s Moose and I’m a bit of a goose! At only 7 months old I’m just a baby with a zest for life and kennels are no place for me to grow up in. Underweight and covered in ticks I thought there wasn’t much to life until I got a ticket into GR. I might not be a greyhound but I’m sure you’ll love me just as much as one. Because I am a pup I will need someone with experience who will be firm and teach me dog manners, and also commit to my socialisation. I can live with a confident cat, and dogs that have the patience for a pup. I love getting lots of attention and it would be ideal if I had a playmate. Kids are ok by me although as I get so excited to meet them older kiddos would be best. If you think you might have a spot for me at your house contact the volunteers info@greyhoundrescue.com.au

Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
