About Tilly
Tilly is a beautiful, gentle, sweet cat who came into our care with her 3 kittens some months ago now. She was a wonderful, caring mum and gets along with all other cats that she has met so far.
Tilly is more than happy to be picked up and held, she loves being brushed, and likes to give a mighty headbutt whenever and wherever she can.
You will often see Tilly being carried around on her back, like a baby, in the crook of someones arm. She lays her head back and watches the world pass her by, upside down. She is fazed by little. Except maybe a skipped meal!
Tilly is a very relaxed cat and needs little entertainment to be content. She does, however, still like to have a play on a regular basis.
Tilly's three children are all grown up and have left home, but she still remains. If you meet Tilly, you will fall in love with her. She has everything going for her.
Tilly will fit in to any family situation - she would do well with another cat or would be equally happy on her on. Although she hasn't come nose to nose with any doggies, she spends her days surrounded by them and isn't intimidated or unsettled by them.
Tilly is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and worm & flea treated. She is patiently awaiting her new family to come and take her home.
Medical notes
Tilly arrived with a serious case of ear mites. It appeared that this may have been a chronic condition. Once treated the mites disappeared reasonably quickly but there was a secondary infection in place and this took a little longer to clear up.
Tilly has a permanent slight head tilt - the origin of her name - which may be caused by scar tissue. It is only one of her many endearing features.
There have been no ongoing ear issues since the original infection cleared up.
