Hey guys! My name's Harriet Potter and I've been in foster care for a bit longer than I was expecting, considering my extreme adorableness!
My foster mum Lana is pretty cool (most of the time) but, you know, I just want that human to call my own and cuddle up to at night. L tells me I'm the kitten that thinks she's a puppy, and I'm full of personality (so even dog lovers will fall for me).
My favourite hobbies are playing guitar with my foster dad Rob, gymnastics (side splits like saaah easy), rugby (check out my pic tackling players on the TV), climbing, pouncing, and gardening. My best friends are Mouse and Goldfish.
I'm happy to amuse myself most of the time but I'm what L calls "high energy!?" so probably not right for small kids or other cats but I could possibly go alright with a puppy or dog.
So, do you know someone who could adopt me? Pleeeeease! L will miss me like crazy but she has got to move on to other kitties and puppies apparently. :( Lots of love, HP. xx
MY IDEAL HOME: ... is with a single person, couple, or family with children aged at least five, who would be happy to play with me at least a little bit each day! I would also benefit from some calm and gentle guidance and discipline.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: HIGH! But the longer I get to know you, the more chilled out I become.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm not well-suited to kids under five years of age, as I'm quite rambunctious when I play, and I don't understand that my claws are weapons!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Because of my high energy I'm not a great match with other cats, but an easygoing dog might be OK!

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at http://www.maggiesrescue.org/adoption-enquiry/. Please use this link rather than the 'find out more' button on the pet's PetRescue profile.
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
