About Sascha DL1258
Sascha is a gorgeous 16 year old Staffy x Ridgeback, who just wants somewhere comfortable to enjoy her twilight years!
She is good with kids, other dogs and cats. Sascha is definitely an inside dog and only likes to be outside if you are going too! Sascha’s people are her favourite thing and she likes to be next to you whenever she can be.
Balls are her second favourite thing, basketballs, footballs, but tennis balls are her favourite, she will carry one around in her mouth for a few days then decide its old, chew it up and be looking for her new one!
She loves a game of fetch, she runs like a puppy to pick up the ball, but on the way back with it, she realises her age and slows down as her arthritis catches up with her at bit, she generally only lasts a couple of throws before she needs a rest!
She is inside during the day while I am at work and is completely toilet trained, though she is always super happy to see you come home and loves to have a cuddle when you walk in.
Sleep is Sascha’s third favourite thing; if she is not following you around or playing with a tennis ball, chances are she is napping! At night she lays on the floor next to her humans' bed until she knows they are safe and asleep, then she wanders off to put herself to bed.
She really is a beautiful old girl, who just deserves to be loved and spoilt. If you'd like to welcome Sascha into your loving home, please email us to apply.
Medical notes
Medium to large dog at 30kg. Arthritis, currently on treatment of injections, fish oil tablets and glucosamine.
