Onyx is a lovely natured boy who loves his fur buddies and his humans. Although he is only 10 months old he has really good manners and follows directions really well. Onyx is great with other dogs and just loves to run around and have fun. He is also great with children and cats.
At night he is happy sitting at your feet and being loved. Onyx runs really well on the lead and doesn't pull at all. He is crate and toilet trained. Onyx is still a pup so does have a lot of energy and will need things to keep him occupied if you are away from the house for a long period of time. Onyx is a beautiful dog who would suit any family home.

As we rely on our foster carers (who are all volunteers and have families, jobs and pets of their own) to help with adoptions it may take a couple of days to organise for you to meet a dog once you have submitted your adoption application. We appreciate your understanding and patience with us while we work with you to ensure the perfect match for your family.
Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc have a 10 day trial/settling period, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care once a foster home is found and the adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after the trial period there will be no refund made.
**Please note that all paperwork including the Microchip Change of owner form will be handed over after the 10 day trial period.**
Harvey Dog Training supports SHARI and has kindly offered to provide our adopted animals 30% off training/obedience classes. If you are keen to enrol your new puppy/dog please mention this in your email to us!
