About Enid
**We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at http://www.maggiesrescue.org/adoption-enquiry/. Please use this link rather than the 'find out more' button on the pet's PetRescue profile.**
Gorgeous Enid is a highly affectionate, playful girl who just wants your love. She likes a daily walk, and a bone to chew.
MY IDEAL HOME: I would like to go to a family who are calm, gentle and consistent with me. I haven't had the easiest life - I was discovered in a forest with my companion Mudflap, who is also in foster care at Maggie's Rescue. I have also been a mummy more than a few times, so finding a loving owner who would give me a chance to put my paws up and get some TLC would be perfect. I would be forever grateful and repay you with many kisses.
I am very gentle and submissive, and will roll on my back if I think I've upset you, or am feeling a little nervous. But I am also a very cheerful girl who will light up your home with my adorable antics and affection - bounding up and down the hallway with happiness when you get home is one of my favourite moves. I know how to sit very well on command, and also know how to curl up on my dog bed when you point at it. I sleep inside every night and I've never had an accident. I also don't bark much at all. But I do sometimes 'talk', which sounds like a funny groan!
My foster mum thinks I am a very clever girl, and with consistency, thinks I could be trained very well. I absolutely adore bones and fresh meat, so if you could treat me sometimes, I would be grateful. I would like to live with another friendly dog too, or I could just be your one and only dog if you'd prefer. All I want is someone to love me and be around me as much as possible.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I am a playful and energetic girl, with a puppyish enthusiasm for games. At my foster home, I play with the other dogs here for hours. We like to wrestle and play tug over toys, and I will prance around the backyard with pride if I manage to get the toy from the other dog. I am always gentle when I play. It's likely I have lived around other dogs my whole life, as I am good around other dogs.
I also like going for a daily walk to see the big wide world, as I haven't seen too much of it in my life. Every day I gain in confidence, and I'm no longer so timid around strange sounds or people. Infact, the change I have gone through in my two months in foster care is huge. I like to say hello to people at the dog park, and have won some hearts there!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I think I might like living with children. I have met a few kids and I was very friendly. If you have kids, why don't I meet them and we can see how it goes?
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I would be very happy living with other friendly dogs who are also energetic, or not phased by a dog who is. I haven't met any cats yet.

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at http://www.maggiesrescue.org/adoption-enquiry/. Please use this link rather than the 'find out more' button on the pet's PetRescue profile.
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
