Polo

Polo came into the shelter as a stray and is now looking for his new forever home. Polo is a very active and energetic boy who loves to run around play with his toys and being apart of everything possible. Polo will need to go to a home where he can be included in as much of the family's day to day activities as possible. Since being here at the shelter Polo has been in with other dogs/puppies and loves the company so if you already have a dog at home and you are thinking of adopting Polo we do recommend that you bring your dog to the shelter as well so we can see how they interact with each other. Polo will need to go for a walk at least once a day and increased as he gets older to two walks a day or a big run. When Polo first arrives at his new home he will need to have plenty of toys for that time that he will be left alone. Puppy Pre-school would be ideal for Polo as it will not only teach him the basic manners and commands like sit stay drop ect but it will also further him to socialise with the other dogs and puppies. Polo does only have a short coat but he will need to be brushed at least three times a day to ensure that he is kept looking his best.
