About Tia
Tia | Female Siberian Husky | 3 years old.
Tia is a VERY loving girl who is 3 years old. She loves to kiss her humans every chance she gets and if close enough, even when not she bull doses through to give lots dish out the kisses; on your hands, your feet, you knees – pretty much anywhere she can get to!
She is not overly hyperactive, she is happy laying inside playing with her toys (no stuffed toys – they don’t last!) or sitting on the outdoor chair and just gazing out into the back yard, however, she seems to know when it's walk and dinner time and that where she displays her very cute excited dance (think jumping around in circles!) and BIG loud manly (yes manly.. it’s very deep!) “woo’s” to accompany her little butt waggling dance.
She is fine to be walked by collar & lead, slight pull but not excessive on her behalf – only if she is keen on smelling things along the way. Nothing really phases her whilst on walks, she is more than happy to play it cool if there are other dogs nearby barking in her direction, but Tia only sees it as a chance to make new friends which she LOVES! She also loves the dog park and very sociable, on first initial visit she acts submissive but this only lasts a short while before she starts doing her zoomies around everyone and she starts leaping over other dogs in play mode! (Note* she is fine with small dogs at the park )
****TIA IS BEST SUITED TO A HOME WITH ANOTHER DOG FOR COMPANIONSHIP THEREFOR ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN MEED THIS NEED ****
At home she likes to chase birds – she isn’t all that great at it as she too big and clumsy and they’ve already flown away before she’s taken her first step – but she still persists. She also isn’t that great at digging those famous husky holes… hers are very small and shallow and very few in between…very poor effort for a husky ☺
Tia is an absolute champ at eating! She can beat her foster brothers with flying colours! She isn’t fussy with her food. She is great at understanding that her bowl is her own and doesn’t intrude on her foster brothers whilst they are in the middle of their meals. But it’s fair game when they turn their backs even for a second because her face would totally be in there!!! She also loves her pigs ears and most times you can see her drooling while waiting patiently for her pigs ears to be handed to her.
She is house trained and sleeps indoors during the night without any issues (generally let out by 6am).Would be best suited to a family with another dog for companionship and with children of primary school age.
No cat's, pocket pets or chickens
6ft secure fencing required.
Note: Please only apply if you meet all of Tia's requirements stated in her profile to save disappointment.
