About Alex
Alex is the only female in her litter with a bobtail (like her mum) but this doesn’t stop her bouncing and jumping with the others. She loves to watch the birdies out of the window, rustle in plastic bags and comes over for a cuddle every time we come through the door.
Alex is similar to her littermates Taystee and Larry; black with white paws, face and stomach. Alex has extra pieces of white compared to her siblings though, with her very own stylish necklace of white fur, marking her out as the princess of the litter. Don’t let it fool you though, she still loves wrestles with her siblings and attacking toy mice.
Once she is big enough Alex would love to find a home with lots of snuggles and fun for her to enjoy. If you’re interested in cuddle time with her, don't wait; she will be 12 weeks old in no time!
Medical notes
Will be vaccinated and de-sexed once old enough, then re-homed.
Adoption details
Firstly you will need to complete an application with your name and address and contact details for the microchip records. Our online application form is available on our website http://www.radarescue.org/online-application-form
Or an application form can be requested by using the Email Carer feature on the pet's listing.
Please note that while we consider all applications in the order in which we receive them, our animals are not adopted out on a first come, first served basis. Our objective is to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable ‘forever’ home available to meet the animal's (and the person’s) characteristics and needs.
The final decision about which new home the animal goes to is made by the foster carer based on their knowledge and understanding of the potential home and the personality of the individual animal. Sometimes it may take several enquiries before you find the right RADAR furry friend for you!
We will need a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 minimum to hold a pet for you whilst awaiting everything to be finalised, however this amount is deducted from the adoption fee.
RADAR expects full payment on exchange of the pet or prior to it leaving on transport.
RADAR expects you to be responsible for transport costs. We can help source appropriate transport options or help find accommodation if you need to travel and stay overnight.
It is understood that if all goes wrong that you can return the pet safely and unharmed to RADAR for a full refund within one week of the adoption.
