Ruby

What a confident, quirky and adventurous pup little Ruby is.
One of the smallest in her litter, but she doesn’t let her size define her one bit.

Ruby is a beautiful little girl who loves water, exploring and has been showing a strong interest in sheep since the tender age of 7 weeks!
She is extremely confident and never gives up on getting my big merino sheep moving.

Ruby is extremely active and will be looking for an equally active family who have the time to continue with Ruby’s socialising and training to ensure she grows into a happy, calm and balanced dog.
As Ruby has already started to show that sheep work is for her, she would definitely benefit from a farm/rural setting where she can learn to control her instinct. She may even excel at sheep dog trials and/or agility.

Ruby and her siblings have all been raised around sheep, chickens and other dogs. They have been handled by a variety of children and adults and have sure had a brilliant start to their social life.

Ruby is very smart and switched on. She sits for attention, remains calm at feeding times and comes every time I call her.
Ruby would benefit from obedience classes and would suit someone looking for a dog to joining them on regular outings, for runs and as mentioned before, even someone wanting to train her for sheep dog trials.
Sheep + farm = one happy Ruby!

Ruby will not be suitable for a suburban backyard!
