Iggy ~ Mastiff x (on trial 27/02/16)

This delightfully cheeky boy is called Iggy. He’s a fun lovin’, good timin’, super exceptional kinda dog!

Iggy is a mastiff X around 15 months old. He is a medium-sized dog, full of the joy of being alive, and he likes to cram as much fun as he can into every day. He loves other dogs, (playing chasing is his favourite), and he loves people, especially the energetic, fun kind.

Sometimes he can be a little unsure when he first meets people or dogs. He likes to make the approach, suss them out, and make sure he has their measure. This is a little crack in his confidence that may be due to his young age or to his early life, but once he is confident (doesn’t take long) -- Hey, the parties on!

Iggy would make a lovely family dog or a great mate for someone who likes to walk a lot, or go for a run, or visit the beach. He would not flourish in a home where he was left alone for long periods unless there was another dog with him and both dogs were a welcome part of the family.

Iggy would definitely benefit from some more training. He is hoping to find an owner who loves him heaps and is happy to spend some time with him, teaching him all sorts of games and classy manners. More fun for him!

We haven’t been able to test Iggy out with cats, but we guess he wouldn’t be a fan. Besides, what fun can you have with a cat!

Iggy is located near Raymond Terrace and only 10 minutes or so from the end of the M1 if you are travelling up from Sydney.
