About Annie
Annie is a special needs kitten approximately 10 months old - she is a loving and affectionate little girl. She is living with other cats and dogs in foster care and gets on well with them all. Annie has been diagnosed with a liver condition which she was born with - our vets are not able to say if she will have a normal life span. Annie requires a special diet and she will become ill if not kept on this diet - she needs Royal Canin wet food which is only available through vet clinics and Black Hawk Chicken and Rice Formula dry food - she cannot have any meat products. Annie can occasionally develop diarrhoea which contains blood - when this happens she may not get to the litter tray in time so she needs a family who is patient and understanding of her needs - if she is living with other cats/dogs Annie needs to be fed separately so that she does not eat the wrong food. She is used to living with other animals but might take a little bit of time to adjust to new ones. She may be lonely on her own as she has always been with other animals. She is an indoor kitty with access to an enclosed cat park where she spends a lot of her time. Annie is small for her age only weighing 3kg.
