ABOUT MIA
Mia just loves being around people, and would love a home where she can be loved and love her family. She enjoys her daily walks and would require someone who is willing to commit to continuing her exercise and diet routine to help get her into the shape she deserves. Mia loves playing with her toys as well as just lying quietly with her human companion and I think would particularly enjoy a home where she gets attention from a number of different people, eg; a family, however she is also happy in care with just the two of us and our dogs.
Because Mia loves the companionship of her humans so much, she would love to be treated as part of the family and be allowed to come inside and be with the family. She is toilet trained and well behaved so this is completely manageable.
Mia is such a happy girl, and I can't wait for her to lose weight and be free to be the healthy dog she deserves to be. She currently struggles a bit with her weight and you have to take her exercise slowly, but you can see she wants to be able to run and jump more. I expect that Mia will be a much more active dog when she loses some weight. She is currently 49kgs, and her goal weight is 28kgs. She is on a vet-prescribed weight loss program with Hills providing Science Diet metabolism food for 3mths to assist. She is also being taken for daily walks to help with the weight loss.
