Camilla - foster with a view to adopt

2Beautiful Camilla came into our care as part of a group of ex-breeding queens. She is the youngest of the bunch at 2 years of age and we suspect she was lucky enough to have never been bred (unlike her companions, who have been used, their bodies treated like machines with little respect for their individual needs).

Camilla is a very sweet girl who just desperately wants to be friends but needs a little time to gain trust and build a relationship. She can't resist a scratch and a pat though and especially love a good stroke at the base of her tail. She is a very small, slight girl - dainty and delicate but could certainly do with some bulking up. She is affectionate but has not had the opportunity to give or receive that much affection and love in her life, which is quite heart-breaking but can easily be fixed by YOU, her new family :)

We are looking to find a family who will initially foster Camilla, with a view to adopting her long-term. The reason for this is that she has come to us with some minor health issues but we feel that these can be readily managed at home where she has more of a one on one experience. Any medical care/treatment she requires as a foster animal will be paid for by SAFE Avon Valley and once we feel that she is ready, hopefully she can remain permanently in the same home.
