About Axle
Axle finds himself at the pound under the saddest of circumstances. A relationship breakdown in the household; followed by loss of employment; and eventually their home.
Axle is a lovely boy that is always happy to see you. He has the biggest smile, and absolutely loves his cuddles. He knows basic commands and is happy to please, especially if he is getting a pat. He is a gentle dog that has great manners around the house.
Axle will need a secure yard and a commitment to daily exercise. At the moment he is overweight so he will need short walks to begin with to build his stamina up. As he is overweight it is unlikely he will be able to jump fencing so 5ft fences would be fine. Being so family oriented he has never shown a tendency for escapism.
Axle has lived with other dogs in the past but will need to be able to meet any other potential furry family members prior to coming home. He is not suited to a home with cats.
