About Phillip
Phillip is a small framed kelpie male who would love a household that understands his needs and wants to be covered and showered in love by a little man. Phillip is one of the best kelpies, a western plains kelpie which means he will reach around 15 kilos when FULLY grown which is excellent for a family who are looking for a small- medium active male dog.
Phillip is quite a versatile boy who could easily adapt to a farm to work, an acreage to run around and play and be a companion or a homebody suburban boy with an active family. He really loves being around people and adores playing with other friendly dogs of all sizes. He has that typical friendly and loyal kelpie nature who really would love to bond with his humans to spread his devotion. Phillip is currently in foster care with 12 other dogs ranging in ages, breeds and size and does well with all members of the household. Being so young and friendly, we think he would be fine with kids of any ages and great with another friendly dog in a household. Or as an only dog if his humans give him the adequate socialisation and exercise that he requires.
Phillip is currently learning his basic training, crate training and toilet training and due to being so smart- we think he will conquer these almost instantly.

Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
