Buddy

Buddy is a 11mth old loveable small staffy x with red heeler colouring, more staffy than heeler, he is an affectionate and loves a bit of rough and tumble play with other dogs, size does not matter. At night, he snuggles in the dog bed with the others and sleeps thoughout the night. He is a bit of a snuggle bunny and loves to be as close as he can to others when its bedtime. Great with kids and of course he is housetrained. Not sure with cats, though he did meet one in the park and all was well, just wanted to say hello. He loves a car ride and will sit up and just look around to see what is going on. He is fantastic on the lead if it is just him, with another dog walking with him he pulls a bit. He is excellent with his food and waits till be fed last. Never argues over food, but he does wait to be fed and will sniff all bowls just to make sure everyone else has finished their meal. He loves to rough play with with his foster brother and sister, but knows when enough is enough. Buddy is 100% dedicated to his tennis balls, and therefore needs a little more encouragement to hand it back so you can throw it to him. In saying that, he is more than happy to have more than one tennis ball that he look after. He is a truly wonderful young man

Buddy has learnt to swim and just loves the beach (or a dam) as long as he can follow another dog. As a puppy buddy broke his tail and this does cause him to squat, he will sit, but prefers to squat. He is an absolute delight to have around, although he does like to know what you are doing at all times. He is great off leash as he doesn't stray and will look for you if he thinks you are lost. He is not a barker, but will let you know if someone is coming up the driveway. Buddy has never lived without a canine companion and must go to a home that has another dog and someone that is around during the day.
