Hello there! My name is Marty and I am a lovely young man who was surrendered to the shelter as unfortunately my previous owners could no longer look after me so I am now looking for my forever home. I am highly affectionate and love socialising with people! Although I am still only young I have not shown much interest in toys here in the shelter and would much prefer chin scratches and pats but my new owners should offer me some toys once I have settled in at home as I may enjoy some play in my new household. I have a loving personality and just want to be around people all the time but I will need a few days to settle in at home before my true personality shows as it is a big transition for me going into a new environment. Once I am comfortable I am the perfect lap cat and would be more than happy to have a snooze on a bed or enjoy some cuddles with my new owners. I am already litter trained and I am up to date with my vaccinations and vet treatments.
