Alexis

Alexis is the ultimate mother cat, she has taken on the role of 'Kitten Protector'. What makes it even more incredible is that none of these kittens actually belong to Alexis but that doesn't seem to phase her. Alexis has taken responsibility for 8 kittens from different litters and of different ages. She is often watching over them as they play and as they begin to tire she will take them one by one to bed where she will groom them and let them sleep all over her. Alexis is ever so content with all the kittens safely tucked away with her, she is extremely patient and tolerant with them letting them play, bite and climb all over her. Alexis also shows her affection to people, she loves to be held and cuddled. We would love to see Alexis go to her forever home with one of the kittens, or live with another feline in the family home. She is about 12 months old.
