Star is the smartest, most gorgeous girl you will ever meet. She is so eager to please and so enthusiastic with her love. Super Star has had a bit of a rough trot- as is often the case- she has come from the pound where she spent four months waiting for a forever family. Not coping in the pound environment she has been fostered for the past month where she has continued to exceed all her foster carers expectations.
Before coming into care she had very little training (if any!) she has learnt very quickly to sit, drop, wait for her food and has natural good recall.
She is very boisterous and can be a bit of a rough nut. She is dog friendly although a little impolite. She hasnt quite learnt the appropriate way to introduce herself and misses cues given by other dogs that they might actually not want to play with her- she just assumes that everyone wants to be her friend!
Star loves tug of war and will wrestle all day with a doggy pal if given a chance. She has also lived very happily with two foster doggies, 2 kittens and 2 foster cats. Star also took under her wing orphaned rescue puppies whilst in foster care and was an amazing teacher, patient and loving. *these puppies have all now been adopted and are in loving homes*
Star would like nothing more than a home with a bit of space, a doggy pal she can run around with and a place beside you at night to relax. Given her young age, and her enthusiastic way of loving you, she would be best suited to a home without young children as she could knock them over accidentally.
Star is happy, healthy and up to date with all vaccinations. She does have a mild allergy to grass which is managed by a medicated shampoo.
