About Alf
One look at this sweet little boys eyes and its love at first sight, his cheeky grin, his little dance in excitement when he realises that you have his favourite treat in your pocket and before you know it he has you captivated and grinning right back at him.
When we first heard about him he was a far cry from the happy little man that we know today, he was wary and worried. He is still wary of new people but with a little time, patience and of course some yummy treats, he has learnt to trust. A shelter that we work with asked for help with him as they could see he needed some extra time to come out of his shell. He had captured everyones heart at the shelter and has captured all of ours as well.
Alf would love to have a family all of his own, he would love to nap on the couch, go for walks and generally just be around his humans for company. He will thrive in a family where he has access to both indoors and outdoors. He has just started showing an interest in toys and is learning how to play with the other dogs. Alf needs a family who are willing to continue his basic training for good manners and confidence and who want to spend time with him each day, letting him blossom into the confident happy little boy that we know he is.
