Ruby is a beautiful loving girl who loves to spend every minute of her day with you.
She loves to play with toys, especially the ones that squeak. Ruby is extremely social with other dogs and other people. She is very friendly and loves children and People of all ages. There is not one mean bone in this little girls body at all.
Ruby is crate trained and goes in her crate at night without a peep and she patiently waits for you to let her out in the morning. Ruby is toilet trained, however can still get a little bit excited inside and wee a little bit, so she needs to let out occasionally for wee breaks through the day.
Ruby is trained to Sit and is learning to stay, and she loves to go in the car and has been taught to sit still in the car and not jump all over the place. Car rides are very relaxing for her and she goes to sleep.
Ruby would be great with a family with children who will play with her all day and keep her busy but don't be fooled though, this girl will lay with you and cuddle and smooch too.

As we rely on our foster carers (who are all volunteers and have families, jobs and pets of their own) to help with adoptions it may take a couple of days to organise for you to meet a dog once you have submitted your adoption application. We appreciate your understanding and patience with us while we work with you to ensure the perfect match for your family.
Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc have a 10 day trial/settling period, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care once a foster home is found and the adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after the trial period there will be no refund made.
**Please note that all paperwork including the Microchip Change of owner form will be handed over after the 10 day trial period.**
Harvey Dog Training supports SHARI and has kindly offered to provide our adopted animals 30% off training/obedience classes. If you are keen to enrol your new puppy/dog please mention this in your email to us!
