About Jack Ginger
Hi My name is Jack Ginger. I am currently in foster care on the Central Coast. I was rescued by the AWL Western Suburbs branch from Blacktown pound. I am a special boy in the eyes of my foster mum who wants me to find the best home ever. I overheard her saying just the other day "oh Jack's a dear little boy" and do you want to know something......I am. I curl up next to my Mum and foster Dad and watch TV with them. I follow them around the house I play with them ( I know they like to play so oblige them whenever I can) I would be a excellent kitten for very young children as I am a big boy not a tiny kitten. I am playful placid in my nature and would love to meet you and your family if you think you would be good parents for me to adopt.
Jeanette from AWL Western Suburbs is helping me find a loving home so call her on 0401 148 076 if you would like to adopt me. Jeanette will send you a pre-adoption application to complete.

Adoption details
STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW: I will come desexed, vaccinated (1st F3) and microchipped and will have up to date worm and flea treatments. I will need to be lifetime registered which is a $51 once off fee. This is compulsory in NSW.
ADOPTING ME: You must be able to provide me with a loving long term and safe home. I would be fine in an apartment as long as I didn't have free run of the balcony if it wasn't fully enclosed. Please ensure your house or apartment can contain a cat inside (ie fly screens etc).
Please remember that I have thought seriously about taking you on and when you take me home, I am committing to you for life. So, I hope you have thought seriously about this and are likewise planning on committing to me.
ABOUT YOU: Given you know all about me, my foster parents would like to know something about who my new parents are going to be. They have rescued me from death row and have given me a lot of care and love. I know they love me and therefore want the best for me.
ABOUT US: AWL Western Suburbs branch wants to promote adoptions of cats from Blacktown Pound and to try to re-home them either directly from the pound or from our foster carers. If you would like to help us, please feel free to contact us and find out how you may assist, including being a foster parent.
All adoptions will require a Preadoption application form completed and returned prior to a meet & greet with our cats. Forms will be emailed to you after the initial phone enquiry or email for a form now.
