Howard

Howard is a sweet boy he does know his basic manners but is a high arousal boy and gets over excited so requires a person with plenty of patience. He loves people and really wants to please but is rather over the top He gets frustrated easily and as a consequence is reactive to dogs on walks. He is a clown and a playful boy. Due to him jumping up he is not suitable for a home with young children.
