Ellie-Mae

Ellie-Mae is a big lovable girl, who is very sweet. She is not an old dog, really just at that age where she is ready to relax and unwind on someone’s veranda with them and keep them company. Although, she can still run around like a goof-ball puppy when she wants to. She is quite happy to smother you with affection when she is excited, so is probably best to go to a family home without small children, as she is just not aware of how big she actually is. But she is delightful and happy girl.

She is currently living with other dogs, and she is dog friendly, however she has been known to stand up for herself if need be. Ellie-Mae is predominantly an outside dog, and is okay with that. She is very strong on the lead, and it is so exciting going out for a walk, that she completely forgets her manners, but once she gets over the initial excitement, she walks wonderfully. And due to her hound breeding she should not be let off lead in an unfenced area.

Ellie-Mae is a beautiful natured dog, who is looking for a new home, due to no fault of her own.
