About Cassie (Dog/Cat/Child Friendly)
Cassie was saved by Wally's Doggie Rescue, from a Sydney pound KILL LIST. Cassie is an 8 year old, female MEDIUM size labrador cross breed, at a guess.
Cassie is in foster care in a family environment with children, other dogs, cats and kittens and is very affectionate and gentle with all. Cassie loves to sit on the lounge beside you. Cassie can pull on her lead at times, and is working on her RECALL and loves to go down to the local cafe for a coffee with her foster humans and just wants another chance at life. She is loyal and loving and just wants to please her foster family and new forever home. Cassie is FULLY TOILET trained.
Cassie would prefer someone who is home most of time, or have access to inside the house when you leave, as she is prone to barking when left for long periods during the day and be destructive when left alone. Cassie would be perfect in a family environment with kids and a stay at home mum or somebody who works from home or a retired person. Simone from Chasing Perfection Dog Training has started working with Cassie to help her with her separation anxiety.
If there are other dogs in the family we require a meet and greet to ensure that they both get along. Cassie is in foster care on the Central Coast, NSW.

Adoption details
When enquiring about Cassie, please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
To kickstart my training, Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 FREE dog training sessions
http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/. So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Cassie.
Wally's Doggie Rescue likes all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they are part of the family. This is particulary so if they are to be an only dog.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
