Shrek ~ Pomeranian On Trial 12/01/16

Hi, I’m Shrek! I'm a 7-year-old, male, Pomeranian and I’m looking for my forever home.Thankfully I am not big and green and am very thankful I am not living in a swamp!

I'm a little softy and love to lay next to you on the lounge and be silly. I always want to be where my human friend is; I just love them so much! For this reason, I would really like someone who is home a lot, who will let me inside with you, and I will be your most loyal and loving friend.

I tend to mark (wee) on things when my human friend is not around, so I might better suit a home where I am not by myself.. When I go to sleep at night I can wait all night until the morning to go outside to the toilet. I do not like playing with toys, I’ve never really had any interest.

I LOVE baths and am fine at the groomers – I will need to attend the groomers occasionally as I will turn into a big fluff ball if I do not. I am a low shedding dog and hardly lose any fur!

I will need to sleep in your room – on the bottom of your bed sometimes, but sometimes I do like sleeping on my cushion. I don’t move much, and if I do, I wont wake you up, I promise!

At the moment, I have one foster sibling that I get along with, but I am not as frantic as her, I prefer just to lie on the lounge snugged up next to you. I love humans! I am very friendly and loving, however I may growl at other dogs (I will not bite though).

My foster mummy’s think I am absolutely adorable and will be very sad when I go. I sit for my food and treats. I am not aggressive when I have a bone or my food in front of me. I come when my name is called and I do not chew things (so you can trust me when you are not home). I do not dig and hardly ever bark.

My foster mummy has a pet bird and she is very scary, and I do not go near her so I am fine around pocket pets. I have never met a cat and I am sure they would not bother me if I were to run into one.

I hope you fall in love with me at first site like my foster mummy did and consider me to be your loyal best friend.
