I've been adopted!
About Radar
My name is Radar and I just have a few things to say; I've been in foster care for more than HALF of my life and no one has decided to adopt me. I got some interest and then they never arrived, I was even holding a ball for them so they could see how great I am at catching it. I keep being told I'm the ideal dog but people just aren't looking
I NEED a family who can understand that I am shy, I get really nervous when I meet people for the first time and I may bark and run away but I don't want you to be scared. I want to love you but I don't know how to trust you just yet. I need a home that's patient with me, can let me explore my surroundings and can praise me for my good traits and show me that life is great.
I LOVE the water and I LOVE the ball even more and I would adore a home of my own where I can catch and swim and play and cuddle with someone. Or maybe with some fun kids, I've met a few little kids and I think I did okay with them. As long as my new mum and dad know that do still need to learn appropriate behaviours with them but I'm super smart.
I'm the perfect only dog as well, I adore other dogs but I don't need them in my life to be happy. So I think if you're wanting an only dog I could be your man. Have felines as well? That's fine, my foster home as many kittens and adult cats and I love them. Sometimes I groom them a bit too much and they smack me in the head but that's fine. I don't mind.
I'm also happy to sleep wherever you want. Indoors? Outdoors? Garage? That's fine I have tried them all and I do well. I'm really good at my basic obedience, I have a smile that carries on for miles and I am on and off leash trained and I travel well in the car as well.
I am good with my food tolerances, no allergies either. And I'm also toilet trained so almost perfect I think.
I just need someone to look at me. I can assure you that I'm handsome and will show you a smile!

Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
