“Piper”, Merry and Bright. Brisbane/Gold Coast

Some greyhounds are sooky, some greyhounds are shy, and some are just plain happy! Piper is one of the happiest, and her sunny disposition makes her a joy to be around.

Piper is a petite, pretty girl, with bright eyes that sparkle with her playful, inquisitive nature. She loves companionship, and will do best with plenty of company (human and canine) to share the fun. Piper would appreciate a yard to run around in, but like all greyhounds she also enjoys chilling out on the couch. Piper’s sweet nature means she’s likely to be ok with small dogs and children (over seven), and she’s been remarkably brave settling in with her two boisterous whippet foster brothers. She hasn’t been tested with cats yet, but there is a possibility she could be cat tolerant.

At only 18 months old, Piper still has the adorable goofiness of a young pup – maybe she’ll grow out of this, or maybe she’ll stay goofy forever! Whoever adopts Piper can look forward to many years of love and fun, as she’s sure to grow into an absolutely first-rate pet.
