Beautiful Heidi is as warm, bright and golden as an Australian summer day. Heidi’s gorgeous coat was in poor condition when she came into foster care, but with love and care she’s turning into the stunning dog she was meant to be.

Heidi is a larger girl who likes to take it easy – her foster carers say she’s a sloth in disguise! She’s happy to have a play and a run with a bit of encouragement, but equally content to laze the day away indoors, with just a short walk each day. Heidi has adapted extremely well to being an “inside dog”, and learned to use the doggy door on her very first day. She isn’t perturbed by household noises (like vacuum cleaners), and is wonderfully tolerant with children. She’s gone well meeting small dogs and cats in the street, but is yet to be tested with cats in an off-lead situation.

Ex-brood bitch, Heidi has finally now been able to discover that she was born to snooze on a couch and absorb love from her family. If you want a ray of golden sunshine who will follow you from room to room, then Heidi is your girl.
