About Izzy
I'm trying a new home to see if i like it!!
Izzy is a sweet little girl who was surrendered to the pound and we cannot understand how she found herself in this predicament. izzy is a calm, sweet-natured girl with a cheeky smile and winning ways. She has only one eye and her other has a cloudy patch but she manages to get around without any problems. Izzy does not 'do' stairs though and this may be because her depth perception is affected. Izzy is a well mannered house dog who appears to be house trained and, although she kept to herself at first, is now coming out of her shell and her personality is shining through. She gets on well with other dogs and ignores cats, enjoys her food, is not a fussy eater and is quickly learning the rules at her carer's home. Izzy has a low shedding coat that requires regular grooming to keep it knot free and looking gorgeous. she would make an ideal companion for a household with an existing dog or a retired couple/single person who is at home most of the time to give her lots of attention, a short stroll and generally give her all the spoiling she deserves. Izzy did not seem to understand what walking on a lead was all about when she arrived into foster care but now is enjoying walks with her carer's other dogs. Izzy's back paws are bandaged in the photo because her dew claws had to be removed. Izzy comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and heartworm tested for the special adoption fee of $150. If you would like more information on izzy or to arrange to meet her, please phone 0466 690916 (between 8am and 7pm only) or email using adoption enquiry as your subject heading
