Meet Khloe! She is a gorgeous little pup who will grow into a loyal and loving companion.
Khloe is inquisitive by nature and enjoys exploring her surroundings; she is comfortable in her own company and can entertain herself for hours outside with toys, treats, or by chasing leaves blowing in the wind. She loves cuddling up to her foster brother and sister and would also suit a home with another furry friend.
She was born in care and spent the first 8 weeks with a young family, whilst she does display some of the usual puppy behaviors’, Khloe will make a wonderful addition to any family, but is perhaps more suited to those with older children who can give firm direction.
Like most puppies her age, Khloe spends a lot of time snoozing and has short bursts of energy throughout the day. She loves being inside with her foster family and is quick to learn house rules. She is sleeping inside in her own little pen and knows to give a little cry during the night to be taken out to the toilet. We are working really hard on having her completely house-trained, and we aren’t too far away. She does need a gentle reminder to go outside to the toilet after she wakes, but is capable of using the doggie door to take herself. She’s one smart cookie, having worked out how to use the doggie door all by herself. Khloe can sit on command, and is beginning to master the basics of good doggie behaviour.
Importantly, Khloe is highly intelligent and as a working breed cross she will require daily walks and mental stimulation as she gets older, to ensure her good behavior continues. Puppy training would be the best way to get to know each other and learn new skills together. Not only will Khloe benefit from taking part with you, she will enjoy the quality time spent together as well.
