Penny *Adoption Pending*

Sweet Penny came into rescue when her elderly owner could no longer have him with her. She is a lovely soul, very placid and needs to be welcomed indoors to be close to her family.

Penny loves cuddles, tummy rubs, and any type of attention she can get! She can be a little timid at first but warms quickly if given her space. She is good with kids and enjoys having a small, like-minded doggy companion to play with (though she is still a little possessive of her food).

She does not like storms and will cuddle at your feet until they pass. Penny likes to sleep and gets tired easily, so a short walk is all that is needed right now. She is overweight and with a continued healthy diet and some weight-loss, Penny should regain her youth and energy, and feel a whole lot better in general!
