Tulip is a sweet girl who will walk you to the door when you leave for work and will sit inside looking out until your vehicle has left. She loves to explore in the yard and give anything a go. Her up to date CV will have some form of gardening experiences (pulling out weeds and crunching up brown leaves).
Once the fun is over, Tulip will be watching her hooman foster brothers build lego or watch TV, before having a snooze next to them.
In just a matter of days, this sweet girl has learnt her manners very fast. She has great potential and her recall is fantastic at this age.
She was the runt of the ‘Flower’ litter but size does not matter. Tulip has a ‘convincing’ voice she won’t hesitate to use if she’s uncertain about something or if the bigger dogs are not behaving for her.

As we rely on our foster carers (who are all volunteers and have families, jobs and pets of their own) to help with adoptions it may take a couple of days to organise for you to meet a dog once you have submitted your adoption application. We appreciate your understanding and patience with us while we work with you to ensure the perfect match for your family.
Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc have a 10 day trial/settling period, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care once a foster home is found and the adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after the trial period there will be no refund made.
**Please note that all paperwork including the Microchip Change of owner form will be handed over after the 10 day trial period.**
Harvey Dog Training supports SHARI and has kindly offered to provide our adopted animals 30% off training/obedience classes. If you are keen to enrol your new puppy/dog please mention this in your email to us!
