About Charlotte
We believe Charlotte was dumped, due to where she was found and how she was acting - she was found healthy (so she hasnt been alone long) in the middle of nowhere and nobody has come forward for her. Her feet are in good condition so it's unlikely she ventured there on foot. She hung around the one spot too - usually dogs on an adventure are busy exploring, but she kept coming back as if she was waiting for someone. I wish we didn't have to assume she was dumped but this is something that happens constantly in our area.
Luckily someone living in the area saw her and took her in after watching her for a while and realising what must have happened. She has spent a few weeks in care and is now looking for someone to adopt her and love her for LIFE.
She is ok with cats, shows no sign of aggression, only curiosity - and is very, very friendly with other dogs. She's an absolute pleasure and will grow to medium-large size we think, based on her feet. She's a very loving dog who is happy to play with you and carry on like a puppy should - but then will calmly lay with you afterwards. She's the perfect dog!
