About Arnie
Hi my name is Arnie. I’m a lovely boy but sadly have had a couple of homes and now need another through no fault of my own. I really would like a home where someone would let me spend time indoors with them, sadly at the moment I’m not allowed indoors and you all know what us Staffords are like with craving human companionship.
I used to live with a Spoodle and a cat that I ignored. I’ve never lived with children but no doubt would be fine with older children.
I pull a bit on the lead and would benefit from going to obedience school. I do pull on the lead when I see other dogs so going to obedience would stop me from doing that.
I love riding in the car and I love my paddling pool in the summer.
I’m scared of thunder, lightening and fireworks like a lot of dogs but that problem can be solved if you wish to work with me with that.
I know how to sit, stay, shake hands and roll over. I love to play and go for nice walks.
Hopefully I can find a lovely home soon that will let me show them how affectionate I am.
I still have to settle in at SRV so will let you know more about me after a few days of being here.
Adoption details
If you think you can offer me a forever home please go to
http://www.staffordrescuevictoria.org.au/index.php/adoption-forms-6
and fill out the Adoption Request Form. You will receive an email acknowledgement within 3 days. If you do not receive any further contact after this please do not be discouraged. It just means that a suitable application was received before yours. We encourage you to contact Jan: jan.hutton@optusnet.com.au every week to show you are still interested in adopting. As we will already have your form on file it will fast track the process when a suitable dog does become available.
Adopt one of our dogs and we are there for you for the rest of the dog's life. If you find you and the dog are not suited it is a condition of sale that the dog comes back to Stafford Rescue.
