Dozer

Hiya! My name’s Dozer and whoever named me got it right! And no that doesn’t mean I sleep all the time either!
You’ll learn pretty quickly that my old home didn’t show me much of the world so I have a hard time containing my excitement when I meet new people or see new things, and sometimes dogs scare me. My foster sister on the other hand, she’s tops and I think I could make friends with other dogs if someone is willing to take the time to introduce me slowly just like I have with her.
Being this excited about the world means I LOVE walks…but really don’t understand why I have to be on a lead…just let me run! I’m slowly learning my manners and, while I’m not a big fan of my halti, I’m learning that when it goes on we go for bush walks and I LOVE those!
Food is ah-mazing! I learn really quickly when food is there and I already know that I have to sit and wait to be told I can eat my dinner! And I’m lucky that I’m tall enough to make sure that any scraps of food left on the counter don’t hang around long. Really, it’s a public service. That defrosting meat could go off and my humans might get sick if I wasn’t there to keep an eye on things! You. Are. Welcome.
Kids? Love ‘em! Cats…not such a fan, and chickens aren’t great either. What? A guy can’t be perfect can he? But I love love LOVE my cuddles and kisses and can’t wait to show my forever family how sweet I am!
