About Bobbie
Bobbie is a lovely and energetic 3 year old. She is medium sized, short-haired, pretty, and sweet.
Bobbie is lovely with people and other dogs but isn't fond of cats or chooks.
She is bit excitable when meeting new people at home but is learning to contain her excitement and not jump. Bobbie sits and waits for her food, and displays no food aggression (you can remove her bowl when she’s eating and she won’t object),
Bobbie has basic obedience, training (sit, stay, on your bed) but needs further help with recall and walking on a lead.
Her favourite thing is a run in the park and to chase a tennis ball, which she returns and drops (until she gets a bit tired). Ideally, she needs about 1 hour of exercise a day, either one long session or two shorter ones. Having said that, she does not act up if she doesn't get out for a day.
She also loves to swim and will do so for long periods, so don’t let her in to the water if you’re in a hurry to go somewhere!
Bobbie is initially very strong on the lead so needs a strong and capable owner (or someone who wants a jogging partner!). She would suit an active person/couple/family and has lived with small kids (5 and 7 years) for the last two year and is great with them.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
