About Indie
Thanks for stopping by! My name is Indie and I'm a mixture of Rottweiler, Ridgeback, Border Collie & Mastiff and utterly adorable (or so I've been told). I'm in foster care with 1 of my siblings as well as 4 hosts dogs and I just love everyone! I have a HUGE personality and will need a strong pack leader. If your a big softy, then I'll soon take over being boss. I love kids as much as they love me and everyone in my foster home is smitten.
I'm super playful and just love my humans, so much so that I don't cope very well when being left on my own and will need a home that understands this. I love a good snuggle and will happily follow you about the house and yard. I have shown no aggression whilst in my foster home and am happy to share my food with my siblings or foster friends.
I'm currently being toilet trained and trying really hard with that. My foster family will also be teaching me some basic commands and this of course will need to be continued in my new home so that I grow up to be a well mannered and sociable young lady.
My foster mum says I need an older dog in my forever home to help keep me in line and help with my training. I have been on a 2 week trial with a really nice family but I was an only dog and I did start misbehaving so this is something that is important for my forever home.
To help with my training, Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 free dog training sessions http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/ . So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and me.
I'm located in Hamlyn Terrace, NSW and excited to meet you!

Please contact Nicole via email only should you wish to meet Indie. Email will ensure a faster response.
When enquiring about Indie, please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialization outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
