About Khan
Hi, my name is Khan and I am a beautiful, sweet, well behaved boy, who loves the country life. I am a big fellow but I am extremely loving. People seem to fall in love with me easily but I just haven't found my forever family yet. Mind you, I am having a wonderful time on the huge property I live at with my foster family. They have fun with me and we get on really well, but they know I will have to leave them one day when my own home comes along. I am trying to prepare them for that time because I know they will miss me a lot.
I'm dog friendly and am toilet trained inside but am not a cat person, so please don't ask me to share a home with one. I love people, am fantastic with older kids (I do sometimes get a little too excited for small children) and truly love to snuggle. My foster mum and dad adore me but they would prefer I find a home with a few less dogs than they have (less distraction) so that I'm more focused with training. I can get a little excited when I first meet you but I do listen and I find it easier if I don't have doggy mates around wanting to play when I am trying to concentrate. I am really a bit of a sooky lah lah and will do just about anything for love.
I'm waiting for the perfect home, one where I can be an active member of the family and be involved in your daily activities. I want a family that can't wait to see me, that hug me and tell me I'm a good boy and that know where to find the treat jar! I will need a good sized yard so that I have plenty of room to run and I am hoping to have a fellow furry friend to play and wrestle with. So far, I have always got on with boys and girls but do get a little scared if they are heaps bigger than me.
All my vet work is complete and I'm ready to head off to my new home.
If there are other dogs in your family I would prefer to meet them so we can decide if we like each other enough to hang out forever together.

Please cont via mobile or email should you wish to meet Khan.
When enquiring about Khan, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
