About Cooper
Cooper is Staffy x Irish Wolfhound and is still a very young pup. He's a sweet little man who loves playtime with his foster siblings and also his foster family, especially the kids. He is being fostered in a home with 3 children and 11 other dogs (majority being young pups and one being his sister Zoe). He sleeps inside with his siblings.
Cooper gets along well with his fellow furry friends and loves a good game of chase round the backyard. He has not been tested with cats.
Cooper is yet to be introduced to walking on lead, and is currently learning basic training ie sit, stay and general manners. He's doing well with toilet training and with ongoing training, will be a well mannered sociable companion. Cooper is also in the process of learning his name.
Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 free dog training sessions http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/ . So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Cooper.
We would love to see Cooper be adopted into a home where he is the centre of your world, where he will be spoiled with affection and will be an active member of your household. He loves to snuggle on the lounge, but does enjoy a good play and once he is comfortable with walking on lead, we do believe he will thoroughly enjoy his daily walks. Cooper would certainly enjoy having a playmate in his new home.
Cooper is in foster care at Hamlyn Terrace, NSW and will be available for adoption once his vet work is complete. He is booked in for desex on 12th January and is due for his next vaccination on 19th January.

When enquiring about Cooper, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialization outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
