About Phoebe

Phoebe is the last remaining foster kitty of her litter. Phoebe is a gorgeous 13 week old kitten. Phoebe can be shy at first but warms up to people quickly and then becomes a little cuddle buddy.

Phoebe has exposure to small and large dogs in foster care and another cat. Phoebe is fully kitty litter trained as well.
