About Milo
Thank you for taking the time to find out more about me! My name is Milo, and I'm an American Bulldog x Cattle dog mix and still just a baby. I am in foster care along with my brother, Stitches and lots of other puppies. There are 3 children who also live with me and I love to play with them as much as the other puppies.
I don't mind sharing food with my fellow foster friends and have shown no food aggression while in my foster home. I did try showing dominance when I arrived, but that didn't last long and I have now worked out my place in the pack and play happily with all the other pups.
I'm a real people doggie and enjoy interacting with humans, possibly even more so than other dogs. My foster dad lets me snuggle up to him on the lounge at night and plays chase with me in the backyard which I absolutely love!
As yet, I haven't had any leash training but my foster mum tells me we will be starting that soon. I've only just been named so am still in the process of learning that when they call out 'Milo', they are talking to me. I'm a pretty clever boy, so won't take me long to pick that up I'm sure.
I'm hoping to find a forever home with a lovely family or person who will allow me to live both inside and outside as part of the family. I don't want to be left outside on my own all day watching you through the window. So that I grow up to be a well mannered and sociable boy, I will need ongoing training and socialisation and plenty of things to keep me occupied if you need to leave me at home on my own.
To kickstart my training, Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 FREE dog training sessions
http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/. So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Milo.
Milo is in foster care at Hamlyn Terrace on the Central Coast and will be available once his vet work is complete which will be 14th January. A meet and greet of this gorgeous boy is welcome prior to that.

When enquiring about Milo, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialization outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
