About Tilly
Hi there, my names Tilly. I am currently in foster care with my sister, Zara and have an older foster brother and sister who are teaching us some manners. I am a Bulldog x Cattle and once fully grown will be a medium to large dog. At the moment I'm learning to walk nicely on leash and my foster mum says that I'm now doing great with that. I will sit on command and in the process of learning 'stay'. I will need ongoing training in my forever home so that I grow up to be a well mannered and sociable girl.
I will need secure fencing and regular exercise and would not cope well being a 'backyard dog'. I love to snuggle up to my humans and am a fairly quiet girl but would love to find a home where I would be an active member of the household, spending time both inside and outside with my family. I am dog friendly and would love a doggie companion in my new home to keep me occupied while my family aren't home. Providing me with plenty of toys and chew toys would also help to keep me amused while my family are out and I love love love rope toys!
I am very food motivated which will help with my training, have no food aggression at all and will happily share my food and although I am not currently living with children, I have been exposed to children while out and about and am sure I would be fine living them (over 8yrs due to my size).
Hopefully my new family understand that I am still just a pup and am still going through the teething stages which inspires me to chew, but when corrected, I will stop. So providing me with yummy chew toys and bones will help me to get through this stage without too much destruction. I currently sleep inside at night and spend much of my days outside with my furry friends.
To kickstart my training, Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 FREE dog training sessions http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/. So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Tilly.
I'm currently in foster care at Bateau Bay on the Central Coast, have had all my vet work done and am available for adoption NOW.

Please contact Mel via email only should you wish to meet Tilly. Email will ensure a faster response.
When enquiring about Tilly please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
