Word on the street is that bad-boy Evan found himself on the wrong side of the law at a young age, he was loitering in the rain and clearly up to no good, then detained at the police station until foster care accommodation could be found. The truth is, that’s all true! But what he doesn't want you to know is that he was only 4 weeks old when he was found on a footpath, after a scary thunderstorm, cold and wet and feeling very sorry for himself. He is named after the policeman who dried him off and called PCR. As you can see, he has thrived in foster care and he is growing into a fine up"standing" young citizen.
