Phantom

*adoption pending* phantom is a lovely 19 month old boy recently taken into our program. He & his sister are currently in foster care with other dogs, cats, & kids, & both are settling in quite well. Phantom is a little timid & needs time to gain confidence & get used to living as a pet, but this affectionate, friendly young dog should make a wonderful addition to any home
