About Lacey
Lacey is a soft and gentle girl who is going to be a large dog when she finishes growing. If you want a gentle giant, she's the one!
Lacey is housetrained. She barks only on occasion when playing, and otherwise prefers to lounge quietly in a shady spot - preferably near people where she can be part of household activities. She gets along well with other puppies and dogs, and isn't too fussed by cats. She loves pats, going for walks, and chewing on soft toys.
Lacey is located in WAGGA WAGGA, a five-hour drive from Sydney or Melbourne.
This pet will come microchipped, but council registration - if required in your state or territory - is not included in the adoption fee.
Medical notes
Lacey was surrendered when she was diagnosed with parvovirus, as her owners couldn't afford veterinary care. She spent 10 days in hospital, and she has fully recovered.
Adoption details
Our goal is to match pets' personalities and exercise/training requirements with people whose lifestyle they are best suited to. This reduces the chances of the pet winding up in a pound again. Please don't feel offended by our adoption process, it is for everyone's and every animal's benefit:
1. Submit application for adoption (obtain at Best Friends Pet Rescue website).
2. Homechecks are conducted on short-listed approved applicant(s).
3. Best match selected according to the pet's personality and needs.
4. Successful applicant notified, and must place holding deposit while transport/pickup arrangements made.
5. Adoption transaction completed.
