About Nala
Meet Nala,
Nala is a 2 year old kelpie x but she isn't your typical working breed mixture and she is roughly the same size as a traditional kelpie. Nala is very cuddly and affectionate, especially towards women she can sometimes take a little longer to warm up to men as we think she may have been mistreated by one in the past.
Nala has been patiently waiting for her forever home since August after coming into care and giving birth to 9 beautiful and healthy babies just four days later and now that all of them have been adopted. It is Nala's turn to find her own very special and loving forever home.
She is currently living with a range of dogs whilst in foster care which range from elderly chihuahuas to large breed wolfhound mixes as well as a fair few puppies. Whilst in care, Nala has spent a fair amount of time with puppies and other dogs and due to this, she is very dog social.
Nala MUST have a large, fully fenced yard, with high fences.
She is currently in training, so if you are happy to continue training her, then you would be the perfect candidate. Whilst in care she has learnt her basic obedience such as sit, shake, drop, wait and she also walks well whilst using a halti for control. We recommend an active family for Nala, one that can take her out for adventures and exercise to keep her mind stimulated. Nala can live with another dog but we would require she meets them first as she can be a little dominant. She also lives with cats and seems to be okay with them.

In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
