About Ginger (D3139)
Dear little Ginger would be wonderful for a family. She’s obedient and very gentle. She was supervised when meeting an 18 month old baby and was very gentle with it, sitting down and enjoying the baby touching her gently. When young children are playing in the street, she sits at the gate and wags her tail. She’s also good with cats. Ginger has had a rough start and her very experienced foster carers say she’s a terrific little dog who is responding well to being SAFE. She follows her female foster carer devotedly, is now more confident with her male carer and comes up to him for pats. But if he moves suddenly or there’s a loud noise, she’ll run off. She has no food aggression. She doesn’t know how to play with toys so food dispensing toys will be a good introduction to toy play for her. She’ll make a great little watchdog too as she barked when teenagers were gathered at the front gate and stopped as soon her carer came to investigate. At the moment she is shedding considerably. The vet thinks it is normal for having recently had desexing surgery and adjusting to a new environment.
Ginger is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and toilet trained.
For a reasonable cost we can fly her almost anywhere in WA or interstate thanks to our sponsors at QANTAS Air Freight and the Toll Group.
You can feel confident adopting with us as our animals come with a “lifetime guarantee” which means that, if for any reason she is no longer able to stay in your care, we will take her back without hesitation.
