About Lily
Canine Lifeline recently welcomed Lily, a three year old rough coat Jack Russell. Lily is now looking for her forever home. She will happily interact with calm dogs, working her obedience around them really well and socialising nicely but would be better as an only dog at home as she can be possessive over toys. She knows how to sit, drop and walk nicely on the lead. Her recall is a work in progress, but coming along nicely. We are working on her tendency to get overexcited and jump up on people, also her sometimes barking for attention. Lily is people friendly and desperate for your attention, and wants to do the right thing if she knows what it is. She is a big fan of tennis balls and squeaky toys, and would very much like to play with you. Are you her forever family?
Medical notes
Lily is currently on a diet and still has some weight to lose. She has previously been treated for a skin condition that causes her to itch, which will need to be watched carefully by her forever family. She is an otherwise healthy little girl. Her coat needs minimal maintainence.
